Booking and payment

A booking is final upon receipt of confirmation and payment. Payment is made via the chosen booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com) or via direct booking on our website. For direct bookings, you will receive a confirmation email with all details.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy depends on the booking platform. For direct bookings, free cancellation applies up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged. For no-shows, the full amount is charged.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability. Direct bookings offer more flexibility.

House rules

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Maximum number of guests is 4. Please avoid excessive noise out of respect for neighbours. The apartment must be left in a tidy state.

Liability

Casa Congé is not liable for damage to or loss of guests' personal belongings. Any damage to the apartment or furnishings caused by the guest will be charged. Belgian law applies in case of disputes.
